How do I know I'm buying something authentic?

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Nope! We offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders excluding international shipments. If you want your order faster, please choose "Expedited 2-Day Shipping" at checkout for $35.
How do I track my package?
Once your purchase is packaged and shipped, we send a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout. Every shipment is tracked.
Can I pay for something online & pick it up on the store?
Yes! Just choose "Pick up in Store" with the location you wish to pick it up in.
Can I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order as long as your order has not shipped. Once the item is in transit, your purchase cannot be cancelled.
What is your Return Policy?

Are your prices negotiable?
We consider any reasonable offers on all of our items. Shoot an email to email@example.com with the item name & offer and we will get back to you!
Do you have a layaway program?
Items can be purchased with a 50% deposit with the remaining balance being paid within two weeks. Customers who do not pay off the remaining balance on their items within the two weeks, forfeit their deposit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up payments.
Do you accept gift cards?

I am outside the US. Can I still shop with you?
Yes! While our system is not set up for international shipping, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are in Florida, yes. If you are outside of Florida, you do not have to pay sales tax. International shoppers are responsible for any duties/taxes/fees incurred through customs.
