What happens if my item is lost, stolen or damaged during delivery?

Items over $350 require a mandatory insurance added to your purchase, for your protection and ours. Thank you for understanding.

How do I know I'm buying something authentic?

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Affirm. We DO NOT accept Venmo or Zelle.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four equal, biweekly installment payments with 0% APR or monthly installments with no hidden or late fees.

Rates from 0-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers: affirm.com/licenses.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer complimentary ground shipping on all US domestic orders excluding international shipments. If you are in the US and want your order faster, please choose "Expedited 2-Day Shipping" at checkout for $50. We now ship to Canada. Our system generates a carrier calculated shipping price and there are no handling fees. NOTE: International customers are fully responsible for any taxes, fees, VAT, or the like associated with their shipment going through customs. Consign of the Times will not accept returns based on this.

How do I track my package?

Once your purchase is packaged and shipped, we send a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout. Every shipment is tracked.

Can I pay for something online & pick it up on the store?

Yes! Please complete the check out process and call us at 305-535-0811. Depending on the form of payment, we might require a few days for the payment to clear.

Can I cancel an order?

All sales are final.  We do not allow order cancellations once payment has been processed.

What is your Return Policy?

Are your prices negotiable?

We consider any reasonable offers on all of our items. Shoot an email to hello@consignofthetimes.com with the item name & offer and we will get back to you!

Do you have a layaway program?

Items can be purchased with a 50% deposit with the remaining balance being paid within 30 days. There is a $1,000 minimum order for layaway items. Customers who do not pay off the remaining balance on their items within the 30 days forfeit their deposit. Please email hello@consignofthetimes.com to set up payments. Some exclusions may apply.

Do you accept gift cards?

Yes! Get E-Gift Cards from one of our stores. Contact info HERE.

I am outside the US. Can I still shop with you?

Maybe! Our system is now set up for international shipping to Canada only. International shoppers are fully responsible for any duties/taxes/fees incurred through customs and Consign of the Times will not accept returns based on this.
