Shipping Fees and Estimated Time in Transit
Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS for free within 1-3 business days from receipt of the cleared payment. For the security of your package, we always require an adult signature upon delivery for items valued $350 or more. We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders and flat rate shipping fees for expedited orders.
Once the package has been shipped, Consign of the Times is not responsible for any shipping delays. If your package (over $350) is deemed lost after 10 days and you have done the due diligence of contacting UPS and checking nearby UPS locations, please contact us and we can help file a claim.
Orders shipping to Canada incur a flat rate $50 fee. International shoppers are responsible for any duties/taxes/fees incurred through customs. We ship outside of the United States only to Canada at this time.
All orders ship Monday through Friday. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Billing & shipping addresses MUST match at checkout. Contact us for further assistance.

In order to help ensure the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery for all orders $350 or more.
Our International Customers
Please note that all items entering countries outside the US are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance to national laws. The buyer is responsible for all additional expenses incurred. All international orders are shipped based on the customer's selection at checkout. This cannot be changed after payment confirmation.

If you wish to return your purchase because you feel that the handbag is not authentic, in order to receive a full refund please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item/s. We would require you to produce documentation that the designer handbag you purchased from us is not authentic. You can obtain documentation from a well-recognized authenticator service or expert or the original designer store. We will attend to any matter and work together with you to resolve it.

Except where noted, the brands whose products we sell are not associated with Consign of the Times, and the brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent dealer.
Errors and Omissions
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our prices and information. However, mistakes and typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to make corrections. In the event you have purchased an item based on misinformation, Consign of the Times reserves the right to cancel the transaction with no further liability on its part.
Representation
Please read the descriptions of each item carefully and look at all of the photos provided. We show all of our handbags as they are, so please note the size. Coloring of bags can slightly change due to the varying monitor calibration. If you are in doubt about any details of the item you're purchasing please contact us.
